Fjellrunden is a facilitated gem in Trysil! Here you really get the mountain feeling, and this experience can be shared with both family and friends. Fjellrunden is a cycling and hiking trail that goes around the entire Trysilfjellet. The round is 13 kilometers, and has two good starting points: Skihytta and Trysil Høyfjellssenter. And did you know that the section between Fageråsen–Grønskaret is also suited for disabled access?

Good accessibility in varied terrain
The surface throughout the trail varies from good and smooth gravel roads to more simple gravel roads and wooden support structure on marshlands and wetter sections. From Trysil Høyfjellssenter via Grønskaret to Skihytta, the trail goes on a gravel road with a wide wooden support structure over the marshes. Parts of this trail are adapted for wheelchairs with disabled parking from the cabin area in Fageråsen (Lågfjellet), and the wooden support structure in this area are really wide – about 110 centimeters.
Some tough challenges
- We recommend those who want to cycle the entire round to do this clockwise
- The mountain round is marked blue, but has some demanding ascents at Grønskaret
- When the lift is running, the Fjellrunden can be combined with a trip down Magic Moose, which is one of Northern Europe's longest of its kind!
