Trysil offers hiking opportunities for everyone, including those with reduced disabilities. You can find several short, easily accessible trips that are just as suitable with a pram as a wheelchair. Higher up in the mountains you will find Fjellrunden, an adapted gem that goes around the entire mountain. If you're looking for more action on wheels, Gullia is worth checking out!

Hiking gems in Trysil
Among Trysil's hiking gems, you will find several short, easily accessible tours that take you to nice hiking destinations. Stannarhaugen in Landsjøåsen is one of those, and you can get here both on foot, with a pram/stroller or wheelchair. Another nice hike that is both short and easily accessible is Bråtafallet in Ljørdalen. From the parking lot it is 700 m to a rest area with picnic spot and a nice waterfall. The Mountain Round
Get the mountain feeling at Fjellrunden! Parts of Fjellrunden are wheelchair accessible. The best is to start at Lågfjellet in Fageråsen, with easy access and disabled parking. A rest area with accessible toilets are along the way. This is a nice trip with wide wooden bridges over Lågfjellet, and is a popular trip for both cycling and hiking.
Gullia
Cycling in Gullia on adapted mountain bikes is quite possible for those who want a little more speed and excitement. Most of the green and blue trails in Gullia can be cycled with adaptive mountain bikes.
