Nature experiences can never be guaranteed. Although we recommend specific times for the tour, we cannot guarantee that you will experience what you hope for, such as the Northern Lights or wildlife, as the success rate depends on nature.

We ask for your understanding for any changes from the trip plan. If we are unable to provide a certain service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a similar service.

Outdoor activities are weather dependent. If we have to cancel an activity due to extreme weather conditions, we will provide an alternative activity that suits the conditions. Please note that changes may occur at short notice.
