Trysilfjell Utmarkslag carries out maintenance of cabins in Trysilfjellet south.

INSPECTION

Once a week between 1 Oct and 1 May, in the days Mon-Fri. Inspection every other week the rest of the year. If there are people living in the cabin, the caretaker does not enter. No deduction is given from the annual fee for this. On request, the caretaker can pick up forgotten things and check, for example, whether the window is closed, the door is locked and the stove is turned off. This is billed extra.

NOTIFICATION 

If irregularities are discovered, the cabin owner is notified by phone immediately. The telephone fee is included in the annual fee. The cabin owner decides what to do. Additional work can be carried out by agreement with the owner and invoiced separately.

HEATING ON AND OFF

The caretaker turns on and off heating cables and other necessary heat. Prior to visits, the caretaker puts on extra heat according to the following criteria:

  • For weekend visits, we want to be notified before 13.00 on Thursday
  • Arrivals Mon - Thurs must be notified before 13:00 on the day of arrival
  • Bookings after these times will be billed extra

SNOW ON THE ROOF

The caretaker warns if there is so much snow on the roof that it should be shoveled.

SNOW SHOVELING 

The caretaker can shovel snow up to the cabin. This is invoiced separately.

CHECKLIST 

A checklist of completed work is sent to the cabin owner at the end of the year.

RESPONSIBILITY

Trysilfjell Utmarkslag SA is responsible for ensuring that the issued key does not fall into the wrong hands.

Trysilfjell Utmarkslag SA is not responsible for any damages that may occur between inspections
