Here we offer burgers, Asian bowls, wraps, pastries, ice cream, soft drinks, several different draft beers, wine, a large selection of coffee, cocoa and fantastic views.

As a guest, you order with a QR code on your smartphone and will be served food and drinks at the table.

Deep-fried halloumi burger served in a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, soy-caramelized red onions, roasted onions, wasabi mayo and french fries. 

Crispy No Chicken Burger kr 235- most climate friendly burger

Plant-based burger in a brioche bun. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion, guacamole mayo and french fries.

180 g beef burger served in a brioche bun with cheddar cheese, crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato, truffle mayo and french fries.

Ponzu Pad Thai Bowl kr 235
Noodle wok with sesame- and ponzu sauce served with fillet of chicken, roasted peanuts, cabbage, carrot, lime, ponzu mayo and naan bread.
Can also be ordered with pulled oomph instead of chicken.

Hoisin Pulled Pork Bowl kr 225
Hoisin flavored pulled pork served with red rice, spring onions, pickled onions, sriracha mayo, edamame beans and naan bread. 

Asian Salmon Bowl kr 225 - most climate friendly bowl
Cold salad bowl with oven baked and teriyaki marinated salmon. Served with lettuce, edamame beans, pomegranate seeds, avocado, sugar snaps, soy- and sesame dressing, cherry tomatoes and naan bread. 
Can also be ordered a with roasted hazelnuts instead of salmon.

Sustainability

Restaurant Fjellroa is certified with Eco-Lighthouse and we include all employees in the sustainability work and we include sustainability when we make decisions. We focus our sustainability work on four main areas: saving energy, reducing waste, sourcing good products and influencing all our stakeholders (guests, employees, suppliers and partners). For example  , we only use green electricity, we reduce disposable materials, we serve dishes of different sizes, reduce the proportion of beef, offer more vegetarian dishes and one dish is labelled "most climate friendly dish"
