The food at Parken Bistro & Bar is based on Nordic flavors and ingredients. This, in combination with craft brewed beer, is our unique recurring theme.

We have three food concepts:

• "Today's" – Home cooking that varies from day to day.
• Small dishes and pub dishes are available in the brewpub. 
• A la carte menu in the restaurant. 

Food craftsmanship is in focus – with beer tasting and accompanying small dishes as part of the dining experience. All food is made from scratch by our skilled chefs.

With a craft brewery in our brewpub, it is natural that Parken Bistro & Bar has Trysil's largest selection of beer on tap. 

We have a tour of the brewery and a story about beer brewing and beer knowledge (must be pre-booked).
