First things first: Trysilrypa is always held on the weekend of week 36. In 2025, Trysilrypa will be held from 4 to 7 September. Different types of hikes and races are always on the Saturday during this weekend. More and more people are taking long weekends in Trysil and combining it with several great mountain hikes or activities in Trysil.

  • Start and finish area at SkiStar Lodge in Fageråsen
  • Round trip hike 6, 10 or 13 km 
  • Run 6 or 13 km

Thursday

  • Check-in and bubbles in the glass - let the girls' weekend begin!

Friday

  • You try out some of Trysil's fun activities such as mountain biking or climbing park, or go on one of the popular summit hikes in Trysil. It is also a nice day to do some shopping in the arena area or in the center of Trysil. The day ends with dinner at the cabin or one of Trysil's many eateries.

Saturday

  • Joint warm-up at SkiStar Lodge, and then ready for Trysilrypa's race or hike in Fageråsen. Afterwards, there is an afterrun with live music that is guaranteed to get a good atmosphere among the girls. Dinner with the girls at SkiStar Lodge, at Høyfjellssenteret, or one of Trysil's many other eateries.  

Sunday

  • Sum up the weekend, laugh and unpack from the accommodation. A short walk in the fresh air and maybe a stop at the shops open on Sundays in the city center before rushing back to everyday life, full of good experiences!
