What are you looking for?

Hiking or running?

Enjoy the autumn mountains completely at your own pace without timekeeping, or compete either against yourself or others on time? Or maybe something in between? Then you go for the speedwalk. The choice is yours.

Regardless of whether you choose hiking or running, you can choose between the distances of 6, 10 and 13 km. The exception is the speedwalk, where you walk either 6 or 10 km.

All distances are based out from SkiStar Lodge in Fageråsen. Parts of the routes are on gravel roads, and the rest are laid on paths in the terrain. You will encounter some sections of rocks, and parts may be wet, so good mountain shoes or mountain boots may be a good idea. If you are going to run, we recommend good trail shoes.

The Speedwalk classes are for those who want to keep a slightly higher cruising pace on the trip and get out on the trail early. The Speedwalk starts after the race classes, and before the hiking. This is a good option for early birds who want to get out on the mountain as early as possible, and enjoy as much of the day as possible in the area.
