Administration desk
At the administration desk, located in the arena at SkiStar Lodge, you can pick up your start number and t-shirt. You can also pick them up for others in your travel party.

Transport
There will be shuttle buses between Trysil Turistsenter and Fageråsen on the Saturday of the grouse weekend. Several departures also pass through the center of Trysil. There will also be a shuttle bus that only runs in the cabin areas in Fageråsen - Høyfjellssenteret - SkiStar Lodge in Fageråsen.

Here we have collected the most common questions that you have just ask us.
In 2024, the Trysilrypa arena was moved from Høyfjellssenteret to SkiStar Lodge. This will also be the case in 2025. The event area at SkiStar Lodge will be bustling, with a secretariat, sales tent, food service and entertainment. The trails will start and finish at SkiStar Lodge, and you will still be able to choose the same distances as before, with some adjustments in relation to length. The shops at Høyfjellssenteret are open as usual.
You pay the amount in full by card when registering. Unfortunately, we are not able to send invoices. If you are a large group, one of the group must order and pay for everyone with their credit card.
Yes, you can register everyone you travel with, but be prepared that you will need the following information about all participants: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth and size of t-shirt.
You should have received an email when you registered your registration. If you have not received this, please contact us on info@trysil.com.
Start numbers and t-shirts can be picked up at the administration desk at SkiStar Lodge.
Yes, it is. The age limit for participating in Trysilrypa is 16 years, this applies to both hiking and running.
No, unfortunately it is not allowed to bring dogs out on the trail at Trysilrypa during the event.
Skistar Trysil has cabins and apartments for rent at both Trysil Høyfjellssenter and Trysil Turistsenter. More accommodation companies in Trysil can be found here.
There are a lot of people in the event area, and you will be directed to free parking by our parking attendants. If you live within walking distance, we recommend that you walk to the start. Remember that there is a free shuttle bus from Trysil Turistsenter, and a separate shuttle bus in the cabin area in Fageråsen.
All registrations for Trysilrypa are binding and will only be refunded upon receipt of a medical certificate. If someone else can take over your place, we change the name for free. You can also contact your own insurance company if cancellation is part of your travel insurance.
Yes, we can change the name of the booking to hiking march or race. This must be done by 2 September. Contact us at info@trysil.com
There is timing only for the race classes in 6 and 13 km races.
If you want to start in the same group, we recommend that you book together. Start number and start times will be sent to all registrants by e-mail when it is approaching grouse weekend. If you have been assigned different start times, you can start together in the group that has the latest start time.
Ask at the reception at check-in if you can book for next year, this varies from booking company to booking company.
Yes, it is allowed on hiking marches, but there is no separate class for this.
