Ski in & ski out: The easier to join and leave the slopes, the better. This also applies to the location of the eateries in and around the ski resort. It should be easy to take a break. You can park your skis right outside, and you don't have to walk many meters before you can sit down and make your food choice.

The coffee is ready

But first, coffee..

Coffee tastes best in the morning, many people believe. Maybe you need a cup after just a couple of trips? Trattoria Luca at SkiStar Lodge in Fageråsen is open before the sunrise – as early as 0700.

Barbacoa, right next to Fjellekspressen, opens at 0900, Vaffelstua at Knettsetra and Restaurant Fjellroa are ready at 0930, and at 1000 Laaven, Mt. Mocca and Skihytta also welcome skiers of all ages. From now on, all the rest areas will open. When it's time for lunch, you can choose from many dining options.

Ski parking

You will see on your way to the restaurants in the mountains, that we have have catered for ski parking. Of course, you might say. But it's worth mentioning anyway. In front of all eateries, it is prepared for parking your skis and poles. At some times of the day, there are many people on the move. Keep a watchful eye and remember where you leave your gear.

Lunchtime rush

If you take a break between 12.30 and 14.00, there is a lot of life and movement and people on the move at the rest areas. Before and after, there is more space, and the eateries often recommend having your break before or after. But that's up to you. Keep in mind, when there are many people in the mountain's many eateries, you may be lucky enough to have the slopes to yourself.
