INSPECTION
Once per week between Oct. 1 and May 1, on Mon-Fri. Inspection every other week throughout the year. If people live in the cottage the caretaker do not enter. No reduction is granted in the annual fee for this. The caretaker may, on request retrieve forgotten things and look for example if the window is closed, the door is locked and the oven turned off. This is billed extra.
NOTIFICATION
If it is discovered irregularities we notifie cabin owner by telephone immediately. Telephone charges are included in the annual fee. Cabin owner decides what to do. Additional work can be preformed in agreement with the owner and billed separately.
HEAT AND ON
The caretaker turns on and off heating cable and other necessary heat. The janitor turn on the heatbefore you visit your cabin on the following criteria:
For weekend visits, we want to know before kl. 13.00 Thursday. Arrivals Mon - Thurs must be requested before 13.00 the day of arrival. Orders for these times will be billed extra.
SNOW ON THE ROOF
The caretaker alerts if there is so much snow on the roof.
SHOVELING
The caretaker can shovel snow at the cabin. This is invoiced separately.
CHECKLIST
Checklist of completed work is sent cottage owner at the year's end.
RESPONSIBILITY
Trysilfjell Utmarkslag SA is responsible for ensuring that delivered key does not come into improper hands.
Trysilfjell Utmarkslag SA is not responsible for injuries that happen between each supervision.
