    The concept

    Café and lunch restaurant for families and guests who demand a quick and easy lunch alternative or ”fika”.

    Open daily 9.30-15.30 with ”fika” from 9.30 and full menu from 11.00. We serve three variation of pancakes in two different sizes: 3 pancakes or 5 pancakes, three different casseroles served with bread, focaccia, a big selection of donuts, coffee, hot chocolate with lots of different toppings, soft drinks, beer on the bottle and wine on the glass.


    The guests order on their smartphone using a QR code and we serve both drinks and food to the table. On sunny days we also open the outdoor deck.


    The visual

    Interior with classic mountain hut feeling and decor with a mix of casseroles and skiing/mountain items. Create the image of a fun and playful restaurant that will attract children and grown ups.

    No disposable items except napkins, different sizes of menu items to reduce waste, more healthy choices then hamburgers and fries, lots of vegetarian choices. 

    Fika menu

    Different donuts, freshly baked cinnamon buns, cookies, hot chocolates with fancy toppings, coffee, and a selection of teas.

    The lunch menu

    The dishes are deigned to be served fast and lots of choices for children and grown ups who don´t need a full size dish. More then 50% of the menu is vegetarian and one menu item will be marked “the most climate friendly choice”.

    Bluff Bourguignon - most climate friendly kr 185 / half kr 120
    Tasty stew made from soy, red wine, garlic, tomato puree, mushrooms, carrot, silver onions and celery root. Topped with parsley and served with bread. 

    Moose Goulash kr 195 / half kr 125
    Homemade goulash made with moose, bell peppers, tomato puree, potatoes and carrots. Served with sour cream and bread.

    Asian Chicken Casserole kr 185 / half kr 120
    Homemade casserole with chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, coconut milk, sriracha, garlic and chili. Served with bread. 

     

    Focaccia

    Roasted Vegetable & Goat Cheese Focaccia kr 165
    Focaccia filled with roasted bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, honey and goat cheese. Served with salad and sour cream dressing.
