Every Friday we offer a set four course dinner selected by our chefs. Kr 950.
Easter dinner at Pilegrimen on Friday, April 18, and Saturday, April 19. We offer a set four-course Easter dinner for 1,265 SEK. Family seating from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (children's menu 595 SEK). Other bookings have a minimum age limit of 12 years, starting from 6:30 PM. Email restauranthuset@trysil.com for reservations and the menu.

Starters
Sweetbread & Chicken
Pan-fried sweetbreads with buttery chicken jus. Served with mushrooms and caramelized onions, parmigiano cream. Topped with kale and tarragon.
Scallops & Cauliflower
Pan-fried scallops served with cauliflower, beurre noisette, and pickled gourmet onions. Topped with Swedish löjrom caviar, dill, and horseradish.
Beetroot & Västerbotten cheese
Cooked beetroots served with arancini made with Swedish Västerbotten cheese and parmegiano, port wine-cooked onions, cream cheese, pistachios, and red chicory.
Main dishes
Cod & Mussels
Baked cod served with buttered mussel sauce with a hint of lemon and a potato cake. Topped with cucumber, apple, broccoli, deep fried leeks and dill oil.
Duck & Almond
Pan-fried duck breast served with a purée made of Jerusalem artichokes, foie gras butter, variation of pumpkin, Marcona almonds, five-spice & orange glaze.
Reindeer & Celeriac
Grilled inside round of reindeer served with a variation of celeriac, grilled onions, and pickled mushrooms. Topped with chanterelle butter, smoked reindeer, fresh truffle & venison jus.
Tortellini & Hazelnut
Homemade tortellini filled with cream cheese, rosemary, garlic and lemon. served with cauliflower, mushrooms, hazelnut & lemon butter and kale. Topped with Parmegiano and fried sage

Caramelized apple served with cardamom ice cream, topped with salted caramel, pecan nuts, and oatmeal crisp.
Blueberries & Sour cream
Blueberry compote served with sour cream ice cream, spruce tip syrup, vanilla, baked flatbread, and thyme.

Coffee ice cream served with chocolate brownie, caramelized hazelnuts, chocolate crisp, dulce de leche, and hazelnut cream.
